Hello zeek. Why when i got rhe older firmware for canon. I did the sd swap cards to downgrade firmware but after it does ir and says complete then i go back ro aee the firmware and irs still the same. So then i cant install lantern? Plwase help

when i try to set it up, the ML interface dosent show c1,c2,c3..... ( custom modes) and any mode preconfigured i try it dosent keep 5 senconds of recording

you do know that if you get a memory card that has faster reads and writes you can record 5k raw non stop with no overheating....you need 170mb/s minimum...200 is recommended

Great video Zeek thank you! I have a question though, can I just remove that plastic thing and put the lens on my Eos m to EF viltrox speedbooster? Or do I need a Ef-S adapter? I mean removing that thing making it enable to put EF-S lens on a EF mount?

I am experiencing issues with this exact lens and the viltrox speedbooster. The camera is not getting the proper aperture values and is throwing some errors. I updated the speedbooster firmware and even tried with a friend's viltrox speedbooster (same errors) and I still can't make it to work. The lens works fine without the adapter. Any suggestion? Thanks!

@zeek I love your videos and it inspired me to buy a canon eos m for light weight film making. at first I installed magic lantern successfully on my eos m. And it worked pretty well for a while. There were some issues with the menus but I thought that it's normal because everything else was working well. Yesterday I had to reinstall firmware 2.0.2 because I had issues with setting up the fps and iso. But since then the camera won't turn on. The green light keeps blinking fast but the camera won't start. not even in the foto menu. The camera is working with out the sd card. But I really need magic lantern. can you maybe help me?

I used the speed booster for my M50 markII on a 85mm and 50mm canon f1.8 for night time photography unfortunately the images are really soft and it is hard to handle the noise in post. I think i prefer sharper images with more noise at f1.8 rather than less noise but softer images ar f1.2. Btw i just started photography about a month ago... Maybe im doing something wrong.
